This Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions work on Inner Outer Index. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Inner Outer Index does not currently offer paid subscriptions. Access to the Service, including completing the assessment and receiving your Report, is free at this time.
This policy describes how subscriptions will work when they become available, so that you have advance visibility into the terms. The provisions below take effect only when paid subscription features are made available, and we will provide additional notice and consent at that time.
If you choose to subscribe to a paid Inner Outer Index feature, you will be presented with the price, billing frequency, and renewal terms before purchase. You will be required to affirmatively agree to those terms before any charge is made. By completing the purchase, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel. The renewal will be charged to the payment method on file at the price disclosed at the time you purchased, unless we have notified you of a change.
For California residents and others where required by law, we will provide clear and conspicuous disclosure of renewal terms at the point of purchase, send acknowledgment of your subscription with renewal terms after purchase, and notify you in advance of any material change to those terms (including price increases).
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing us at contact pending. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until then. We do not require you to call, write a letter, or take any other extra step to cancel.
For California residents, we comply with the California Automatic Renewal Law (ARL), which guarantees a simple online cancellation method for any subscription you started online.
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases such as billing errors or service failures. Contact us at contact pending to discuss a refund request.
If we offer a free trial:
We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. We will notify you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect. Continued subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Subscription prices may not include applicable taxes. Where required, taxes will be added to your charges and shown before purchase.
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated by email.
